I was just banned from the auction house and all of my coins were confiscated as well. I have never sold or bought coins.

I follow the user agreement, so I truly don't understand this decision. I appealed it and got a message back that they made the correct decision, but I don't see how that's possible when I haven't sold or bought any coins from anyone. I haven't helped a friend out or any of that. I was second on the binder leaderboard, and this has ruined my day(s).

I worked so hard to get where I was, and EA took it all away for just playing the game. I haven't done anything different than I've done all year, and they just decided to take everything. Since I can't use the auction house, I can't get any of the new cards or rookie premiers for next year unless I spend money, and that doesn't even guarantee me anything. That's besides the point, though; I'm trying to get a hold of a live representative, and it's blowing my mind that a billion-dollar company has no such thing.

I just want my account back and, at the very least, someone to explain to me exactly what I did, if anything at all.

Not an example, but what I actually did. This is unacceptable, and I am writing to the HQs if I can't get anyone here to help.

Cons:
  • Customer service is the worst

Preferred solution: I want to be unbanned bc I haven’t broken any of the rules, I want mt account back the way it was prior to being banned. Access to the auction house and all my coins back.

To unlink a platform account (such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) from your dormant/disabled/deactivated EA Account if you no longer have access to the email address associated with it, please raise an EA Help ticket at https://***/customer-care/. Sincerely, EA Data Protection Officer

Incorrect Email, my case file is 21817****, i am Legally Blind

My situation has not been resolved and when you have a situation and your case file says we'll contact on the email you don't have access too how is that logical or how can it your situation be resolved when you don't have access to the email you lost. I've been trying to get some assitance for days on end and it would be nice to play the games with twitch drops that I am not able to get since my Playstation account is locked behind an EA accoint I am not able to gain access to since the email is under rocketmail which is none accessible at this given time. If some one can give me a call at 819664**** it would very much appreciated.

User's recommendation: Have a line where if people can't acess their email they would be able to have some assistanxe in order to change it with some security validation.

Issues upgrading my son's account

On February 12th my son turned 13. When he went to sign into Apex Legends it prompted him to sign in with his EA account.

However, when we input his email, the only email he has ever had, it stated it was a "duplicate email" and could not be recognized. I sat for almost 3 hours with 3 different support people online trying to figure out what the issue was and kept being stonewalled by "you need a brand new email not associated with an EA account." If I'm upgrading his account to a teen account then why should it require a brand new email. Also, under my account and his account it lists it as a teen account. I was then told that his Nintendo account was not linked to the email I was giving that was also linked to EA.

Again, these are the only accounts he has and have all been run by me up to this point. He has no access to passwords as he has autism and doesn't know how to keep private information private.

I was not given the information they were seeing instead, yet my son had had no issue up until the 12th with playing on Apex Legends. After having the first 2 chat windows shut on me when I wasn't finished with my inquiry, and being told "there's no other teams or supervisors who can help you with your issue" by the third, I decided I'd try reaching out here for some better help.

Pros:
  • Sims games can be fun
  • Easy to remember the name
Cons:
  • Microtransactions
  • Names not as funny to say as ubisoft
  • No true customer service

Preferred solution: An apology, a proper fix to the issue, the ability to call at least on weekend hours, for the company to not outsource the customer service so there's no language barrier, that their system actually works how it's intended.

User's recommendation: Don't bother making an account. you can't even delete it without their say so.

Hi! so the issue is he's going from a child account to a teen account. I have it updated in his profile with his existing email to a teen account but his Switch won't recognize it and won't let him sign in.

Eliminate account

It's really difficult to get in touch with customer service; you should improve that. I had to watch a YouTube video of 'how to get in touch with customer service of EA?

The revenant and ash switch

I recently bought the revenant spotlight pass. And I did the challenges.

But I can't do 2 of them because revenant is meant to be a skirmisher legend to do them. So the revenant and ash swap kinda broke the game everyone enjoys playing. So I request you move revenant back to his original class so all the players including me can complete the challenges.

Otherwise it's a waste of 25$. So please change it back.

ASH AND REVENANT SWAP!! REVERSE I.

Here's why.players can't complete a set of quests from the spotlight pass because of your new swap. Therfore.

Wasting our money. So you either change revenant and ash back to there original class or we demand a refund.

Good evening,

My name is Apollo, I'm 15 years old, and I live in Canada. For the last six months, I have been trying to play The Sims 4 on my PC. I downloaded the game through Steam. Every time I launch the game, EA tells me I need to log in. It then tells me that my Steam account is logged into a different EA account: an account with a rambler.ru address. I have never had a rambler.ru email address. This account is not my account. Although it wouldn't make much sense because I have less than seven cents in my Steam account and no credit card attached, it seems as though I've been hacked. I do not know what email address my Steam account is attached to because the EA website won't tell me. My Steam ID is sk8erboi551. If there is any way this could be fixed, please let me know.

Suspensions and bad servers

Okay, this has happened to me 4 times this month and needs to be fixed. I have been having this abandon penalty because of you guys.

I come home from a long day and think, 'Eh, let's play some Apex!' One round in, the servers are crashing and they are trash. Next thing you know, they crash and I get an abandon match penalty, and I can't play for 10 minutes every single time, and it's not even my fault. It is you guys' fault for banning me for absolutely no reason at all other than your trash servers getting me banned. Just to clarify, I'm not trying to be rude, but this keeps happening and I think this is quite stupid.

All I ask is just to fix your servers and stop getting me banned for no *** reason. I'd really appreciate that. Also, if there are any spelling errors in this email, keep in mind I'm on a quarter phone keypad. I'm surprised I can even type.

But just fix your servers if you didn't get the message. The servers kick you out, and you get an abandon match penalty because the servers kick you out.
