I have been banned for apparently 'coin farming', which I'm not sure what that even means. I have spent thousands of dollars in the game on Madden 24, and over 800 hours have been logged, only to be randomly banned.

I have been trying for two weeks to resolve this ban after opening 5 claims to dispute the ban. I have received nothing back and have heard from no one. You attempt to call the number and no one answers. They're going to lose a customer that has been playing Madden games since 1999.

I've been trying to get help for weeks. I'm helping my mom retrieve her Sims Mobile game.

She has been playing since day one. After the latest update her game started crashing. I had tried "fixing" her game by uninstalling it and reinstalling. Then 10/7/24, in the evening I uninstalled the game and when it installed, it automatically detected I had a game on the cloud.

I clicked on it and this is when the issue/glitch occurred. It didn't load correctly. It was stuck at the tutorial house and one of my mom's sims appeared but it was just a floating head. I panicked and uninstalled the game again.

Hoping I could get it fixed. I installed the game and to my fear the cloud showed a level 4 game. I clicked on it, not having any other options, and only one sim loaded still in the tutorial house. She lost all of her other sims, all of her houses, coins, sims cash, and items.

I have clicked Help from in the game and it takes me to the EA Help website. I have chatted with 3 different advisors. They all said I need troubleshooting and kept directing me to click Help from within the game. But it takes me to the same site I just chatted with the advisors.

I even searched for an email within the Google Play Store and that was an automated service that led me again to the website or the forms.

I have even posted in the forums but so far another player and my mom have not received a response.

I really feel like I'm getting the runaround. I'm just trying to help my mom, who has been playing this game for years, get her game back.
