Everytime I go into a game and the game finishes it says the game cannot process my request so I dont get the win it gives me a loss I just finished my last game for squad battles to secure elite one and I never got my points because the game cannot process my request it even happens in rivals if thats the case I would like a refund because u guys are costing me wins in rivals and rewards in squad battles my account is linked to shaheem_5.5@***.com

I couldn't update or make changes to my account after renewing the subscription, and I couldn't update the email that was linked to an old email account. I created several gamer tags on EA and Playstation to try to gain access, but I was unable to link the account to play the game.
Furthermore, the chat help that was offered could not fix the issue. I was even denied any other available help because they didn't respond to a return text chat.

It all started when I had bought the game and I was updating the EA app because they had closed it and it was glitching or something so I updated it and when I went in there, all of my apps were deleted even my Sims game, but that was free so I just re-downloaded Sims four but then I had bought two packs during a sale that EA had and it was a really good sale so I didn’t find them in my apps. I went to my purchase history on the EA help site is they said that they were there so I know I Wasn’t, going crazy I went and contacted EA help and I got barely any information regarding the situation.
Then I decided a couple months later. I’ll email them back about it because I miss my packs. I emailed them back and I got some information about just receiving emails later. That was the first one that I did.
I never got an email back so I messaged them back again on the EA site and they said that they were going to take it to the big EA support team to try and resolve my situation and within like a day or cup or two they sent me an email saying that it was a charge back Towards EA and I was really confused So now I’m just trying to get a hold of them by phone number so if anyone has any details on their phone number because their phone number is not working at all either, let me know. They need to be reported on this.
Their customer service is horrible. I’m not trying to sound like a Karen, but I’m really frustrated in the money that I had spent on these two games to then have it be gone out of my library and I’ve heard a lot of reports on EA frauds and their games going missing.
But on the app, it says that there was fraud on my account so I am really confused. I have all the receipts and everything.
I just need to get a hold with somebody that works with EA and something that they need to do better with their company is 100% their communication and getting away with their communication because it is really bad trying to, contact them and find their contact. Its really bad and really hard to get a hold of that.
- Pros that its an easy app to get around and download on pc
- Cons is that their communications are really bad
Preferred solution: My games back I don’t want a refund because I had a discount on those packs so I really want them back.
User's recommendation: I recommend you not contacting them about very specific things regarding around them taking your money basically or about refunds because it’s really hard to get a hold of them and get your money back or get a game back that was taken away from you

Verified ReviewerVerification code not working for Hotmail account for EA Games
EA Games, as a company, becomes really difficult to work with when you have an older email correspondence account. I was unaware until recently that Hotmail has now been dropped in favor of Outlook.
I receive emails generally fine, except when dealing with EA Games. Their emails and all correspondence just don't get through.
And EA's bureaucracy has gone nuts, sending me into a cycle asking for verification codes for any game I now play on PC. It's ridiculous and unnecessary.

EA games has repeatedly ignored my request for help they have repeatedly closed my cases without helping me at all. I have repeatedly reported them to BBB and BBB has repeatedly told them to help me but they still won't help me.
I'm tired of asking for help and not getting any response from them whatsoever. I just recently purchased stuff pack for my Sims 3 game and can't sign into sims 3 store on launcher. I'm at my wits end with them. We pay all that money for their games then they rendered my codes to my Sims 3 disk useless and deleted my origin account while I was offline buying a new laptop.
Without my permission. Then they changed my email address and now I can't sign into sims 3 store on launcher to access what I purchased.
I'm fed up with them. They're valtures.

Im stuck on a loading screen for ultimate team, and if I leave or restart itll give me a loss to my national championship, and thats just not right because this always happens when I get to the playoffs it starts acting up

I recently cleaned my PC and lost my saved logins. I have tried logging in to my EA account and keep getting message to provide the verification code.
The email providing the code will not arrive at dontpassmeby77@***.com. I have spoken to a live rep at AOL and they said it it not on their end, but to contact EA. I have been a Pogo member since 2008 and already paid for a full year.
I want back into my account! I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.
User's recommendation: Just beware that if you have an issue which can't be resolved using AI chat, it impossible to speak with a live person! I am extremely aggravated and disappointed since I already paid for a year subscription and can't play!
My sims 3 isn’t playing
I went to the sims 3 in the EA I cant click on play to play the game.please fix this game I still enjoy playing the sims 3 please walk me through on how to fix it. Iam not able to play the game.
