No respect to the consumer
I'm trying to cancel my account so I can create another one and connect it to my Steam and Xbox console, and they are simply not cooperating/making it easy or responding to my emails.
My psn account is linked to an unknown ea account and can't play battlefield 6

Hello, I got a false ban in apex legend on 30/3/2025 and I wasnt even playing the game bec it was deleted and when I downloaded it it say (Your account got disabled) how can it be disabled if I am not playing I send a case and Ea send me an email that my problem is fixed but when I open the game the same massage appears and in Ea website theres no penalty on my account how is that I hope you can help me ,this is my Ea account email (yasserm.ali1996@***.com) thank you

I used to live in germany some years ago, had a german phone, and my psn account then (deusmachina) was connected to that. I cannot anymore connect to that email because i dont have the phone for the 2fa.
The email i currently use for ea is cpanayis@***.com. i use that for ea, facebook etc. I got a new ps5 and tried to connect my ea account to my psn account, and it said i can only join one psn account per lifetime.
So in order to even have an ea account and a psn account now i have to have a new email and a new ea account?! I am stupified and dont know how to handle that

I am writing to formally appeal the ban placed on my EA account (Username: Rabboni2, Email: godwinadzorlolo@***.com) in connection with FC 25 on the EA App platform. I understand that the ban was issued due to alleged cheating and suspicious activity.
I would like to respectfully state that I have not engaged in any form of cheating or behavior that violates EA's terms of service.
If there were any irregularities detected, I kindly request a thorough review of my account activity to clarify any possible misunderstandings or false positives.
I was wrongfully banned after updating my FC 25 on 31st July 2025.
I launched the game, and after the update, all I saw was a ban on my account. Please kindly help me because I have been a fan and a favorite customer consistently without any violation of rules.
I value fair play and the integrity of the gaming community, and I have always aimed to comply with EA's guidelines. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to have this case re-evaluated, as I strongly believe the ban may have been applied in error.

I am eager to return to enjoying the game responsibly and fairly.

Can you help me? Please delete my EA account.
EA has banned my account and won't unban it. I sent a lot of my case tickets to them, and they keep denying my case tickets a lot of the time. I'm sick and tired of EA's trash and nonsense.
They are mean and cruel to their customers, and I just don't want my account anymore. It hurts getting treated this way by them, so please, I'm begging and asking for y'all to delete my EA account, please!

I was just banned from the auction house and all of my coins were confiscated as well. I have never sold or bought coins.
I follow the user agreement, so I truly don't understand this decision. I appealed it and got a message back that they made the correct decision, but I don't see how that's possible when I haven't sold or bought any coins from anyone. I haven't helped a friend out or any of that. I was second on the binder leaderboard, and this has ruined my day(s).
I worked so hard to get where I was, and EA took it all away for just playing the game. I haven't done anything different than I've done all year, and they just decided to take everything. Since I can't use the auction house, I can't get any of the new cards or rookie premiers for next year unless I spend money, and that doesn't even guarantee me anything. That's besides the point, though; I'm trying to get a hold of a live representative, and it's blowing my mind that a billion-dollar company has no such thing.
I just want my account back and, at the very least, someone to explain to me exactly what I did, if anything at all.
Not an example, but what I actually did. This is unacceptable, and I am writing to the HQs if I can't get anyone here to help.

Preferred solution: I want to be unbanned bc I haven’t broken any of the rules, I want mt account back the way it was prior to being banned. Access to the auction house and all my coins back.
